Our Small Group Pilates Classes are our most popular, providing a group environment with a maximum of 4 clients per class, but a more personalised approach with expert guidance, ensuring that the exercise is tailored to you and your abilities.
These classes offer a dynamic and energetic workout, aiming to leave you feeling empowered as we help you improve your strength, balance, mobility and flexibility, in turn helping you in achieving your fitness and well-being goals.
